Ah, freedom. No lunches to pack, no lost backpacks to retrieve, no race for the school bus. Just the happy chirping of liberated kids…and some long summer days. And did we say hot ones, too?

Sounds like the perfect time for a trip to Paciugo Gelato & Caffe, where we’re celebrating summer and kids, which we think are a perfect combo. Every Tuesday in July and August, at participating stores, kids 12 and younger get a free Bambino Cup when a grown-up buys a gelato. The details: Kids Eat Free Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., July 5 through August 30.  The limit is three Bambino Cups per one adult purchase, prego.

Paciugo Celebrates 10 Years!

Authentic Italian Gelato Chain Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Free Scoop of Gelato for Everyone. Paciugo Gelato & Caffè, a family owned and operated Italian gelateria, today announced it will declare September 30th, 2010 Paciugo Gelato Day.

In celebration of its 10th Anniversary, Paciugo Gelato & Caffè will offer customers across the nation a complimentary scoop from two of its Italian gelato recipes, Mediterranean Sea Salt Caramel and Amarena Black Cherry Swirl.

The Paciugo 10 year anniversary marks a significant milestone for company co-founders Cristiana Ginatta, her husband Ugo and his son Vincenzo, after leaving their hometown of Torino, Italy for Dallas, Texas a decade ago.
